Booking confirmation and payment
Booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment via bank transfer:
Abu Dhabi: full payment of value of the package being booked
Dubai :full paymenr of value of package being booked plus first session travel surcharge.(remaining travel surcharges are due before each session)
Travel surcharge
For my valued clients in Dubai and beyond; a surcharge will be added to each session (Zone 1=150 aed, Zone 2=250 aed) for delivering the service to you.
Your presence required
I only work alongside my clients as many small decisions have to made throughout the session. Please ensure you are available during the full time of the sessions.
Cancelation Policy and No-shows
I understand that sometimes life can get in the way and plans change, so if you need to cancel a session, any cancel with at least 48 hours notice. If a session is canceled in less than 48 hours before it starts, 50% will be charged for that session. Likewise if the booking client is not available to work alongside me at the start of session, it will be considered a no-show and the same charges will apply, plus a travel fee, if applicable.
Parking
if payment for parking is more than 10 aed per session, the cost will be passed on to the client.
Shortening a Package Duration
If you choose to shorten your original organization package, contact me WITHIN 48 HOURS of the end of your last session, and I will process a refund for the unused portion. Please note that the refunded amount will be based on the used hours, potentially at a higher hourly rate reflected in my smaller packages.
Spacing sessions
If you are purchasing a package of sessions, please note that they should be spaced no more than 30 days apart to ensure that we can make steady progress towards your organizing goals.
Taking care of your belongings
Please take extra care with any precious or fragile items to prevent any mishaps. In the unlikely event that you think something has been lost, broken, or misplaced because of me, please let me know as soon as possible. While I take every precaution to prevent this from happening, I want to make sure we can address any concerns and make things right.
Taking pictures
As part of my home organizing service, I may take pictures of the space before and after our sessions to document our progress. These pictures may be used on my social media accounts to showcase my work. If you would prefer that I do not take pictures during our sessions, please let me know, and I will respect your wishes.
Donations
As an additional service at no extra cost, I am willing to remove all the excess items that you want to donate. Please kindly check carefully before items are removed from your home so that nothing you still want is included and to ensure that only items you want to donate are taken away. These items will be given away mostly through Facebook giveaway groups.
Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to me, and I strive to provide exceptional organizing services. Below is my refund policy, which outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. Service Not Rendered: If I am unable to deliver the organizing service as agreed, you will be entitled to a full refund of any deposits or fees paid for that session.
2. Cancellation by Sort It Out: If I need to cancel a session and cannot reschedule within a reasonable time frame, you will receive a full refund for that session.
3. Failure to Meet Terms and Conditions: If I fail to adhere to the agreed-upon terms and conditions, a partial or full refund may be issued depending on the extent to which the terms were not met.
Process for Requesting a Refund
1. Contact me within 48 hours of the incident that prompts the refund request. Provide a detailed explanation of the issue and any supporting evidence.
2. Review and Assessment I will review your request and assess its eligibility based on the conditions outlined above.
3. Resolution: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations
1. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel a session with less than 48 hours’ notice or if you are not available during the scheduled session time, resulting in a no-show, the session fee (50%) and any applicable travel fee will be charged. These charges are non-refundable.
2. Unmet Expectations: Refunds will not be issued based on subjective dissatisfaction or unmet expectations outside the scope of agreed terms and conditions.
